Tired of Rivals taking your hard earned cash?

I was tired of rivals stealing the money my Cash Units were earning.  If you click on any of those Cash Units, you will have an option to upgrade them.  But you also get to see how long before you can collect the cash from them.  I downloaded an app call Easy UP/down Timers LITE for my iPhone for free.  It lets me set up to three countdown timers. I use it to go collect my hard earned cash before someone else does.

This game eats up Battery Life so make sure it isn’t running in the background whenever you aren’t actively playing the game.

Anyone that says if you add them you’ll instantly get 50 gold bars is lying.  This is a fast and dirty tactic to get you to become their Ally and increase the number of allies they have.   Isn’t lying ok in War?

How often should you play? High is around every 2 hours to protect money as you earn it. Optimal is when you wake up, lunch, when you get home and when you go to bed.

Allies

Each level you get 5 allies to your alliance power. Each usable ally allows you to bring 4 of your own units to battle. There is a max 2000 usable unit limit, achieved at level 100. The highest power units will be brought to battle, based on level number and ally number.  Allies don’t physically add their units for you to use in attacks. They just let you add more of your own units.  At some point it may be useful to delete some allies.  This may occur when your rivals are all more powerful than you.  You can drop a few of the lowest level allies and hope your rival’s power levels come more in line with you.  You can add alliances by purchasing them or go to one of these sites to get alliance codes.

Expensive items and buildings may take a day or two to save up enough cash.  Rivals will take your cash away from you unless you put it in the vault.  Upgrade your vault amount limit when you are consistently having more money than your vault will protect. If not, someone will always come take your money from you.  Vault each time you end your play.

Probability of Success in Battles

The units you purchase and their attack/defense values are what determine your attack and defense numbers. If you purchase a unit that has 2 attack and 2 defense points. Your attack and defense points will go up by 2 points.  It is important to understand your level of power as it compares to your opponents.  Based on your level and allies, the game puts you into what are called rivals that you have to fight to move up levels.  These rival groups are based on two things.  Your level in the game and the number of allies you have.  What makes you able to defeat them is the amount of attack power you have.  What makes you able to keep them from defeating you is the level of defense power you have.  Don’t go pissing off a rival that has more of these powers than you do.  If you do, they will crush you.  They will steal all your money, raid all your money buildings and attack you until they use up all your stamina and you are unable to fight.

Raiding and attacking is important.  You check your rival’s power level before you attack or raid.  You need to be above them or you typically will fail the raid or attack.  The more you attack, the more you burn up people and equipment.  You need to replenish items the more you attack.  Double check your own profile to see what levels you are at in defense and attack points after 4 or so battles or raids.  When you attack and win, you still lose some items in battle.  When you attack and lose, you lose a bunch of items that have to be replenished or you will continue to lose.

Raiding doesn’t do much except to gain you money and helps you go to the next level.  You can use raids as a way to accomplish the required battles instead of attacks.  Don’t go raid someone just because you can.  Raid to hit those money buildings. The Oil Wells and Munitions Stockpiles are the obvious ones.  Again, the higher the level of the money building or item, the more you take from your rival.  Raiding chews up resources making you spend money.  Rest and save up power and cash until you can do something with it.
